万双网讯  1月30日，一场趣味无穷的乐跑活动拉开了新学期序幕，万科双语学校全体教职员工回到工作岗位，以奋发向上的面貌开启了新学期崭新的工作旅程。与此同时，学校特邀清华大学附属中学原校长助理房超平、西安市灞桥区东城一小党支部书记（原校长）吴金华为全体教师开展为期5天的“思维导学”卓越教师特训营。

All the teachers and staff of Vanke Bilingual School returned to work and started a new working journey in the new semester with a positive attitude.At the same time, the school specially invited Fang Chaoping, the former assistant of the principal of the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University, and Wu Jinhua, the party branch secretary (former principal) of Dongcheng Primary School, Baqiao District, Xi'an City, to carry out a 5-day "Thinking Guidance" excellent teacher training camp for all teachers.

当天，全校员工展开热身跑 “兔”⻜猛进—跳跳跳、  扬眉“兔”⽓—滑滑滑 、前“兔”⽆量—攀攀攀、⼤展宏“兔”—蹦蹦蹦、“兔”年⼤吉—运运运等活动。在欢快的趣味运动后，杨帆校长为每位员工派发了开工利是。

上午9点，“思维导学”卓越教师特训营正式开营。特训营以变革力和学习力为核心，以“思维导学”教学设计与实施和学习方式变革课程体系为基础，通过5天的集中引导式、交互式、体验式培训，现场与线上互动，让更多教师掌握思维导学的基本内容和操作体系，培养卓越教师，提升教师学习力和课堂领导力。学校期待通过培训，进一步推动万双教师教育教学理念和教育教学行为的变革，以成长型思维构建更加适合学生成长的教育，让孩子更好地站在未来中央。
