万双网讯  为加强教师队伍建设，促进青年教师快速成长，9月16日，万科双语学校2022-2023学年“青蓝携手·薪火相传”青蓝工程师徒结对仪式在学校会议室举行。

林红英校长助理指出，通过师徒结对活动，师徒双方就业务学习、教学实践、教学研究、经验总结等活动制定结对计划，并确定学年奋斗目标和达标措施，做到每月有安排，每周有落实。期望青年教师能够在专业上逐级而上，不断进取，成长为专家型教师。

Principal Assistant Lin Hongying pointed out that through the mentoring and apprentice pairing activities, both mentors and apprentices formulate a pairing plan for business study, teaching practice, teaching research, experience summary and other activities, and determine the goals and measures for the school year, so that there are monthly and weekly arrangements. It is expected that young teachers will be able to level up professionally, keep making progress, and grow into expert teachers.

周金凤主任和吴柯主任宣布了“青蓝结对”名单，全校30多位老师结成对子，徒弟们按照传统礼仪向师傅敬茶。

Director Zhou Jinfeng and Director Wu Ke announced the list of "Qinglan Teachers Pairing". More than 30 teachers in the school formed pairs, and the apprentices served tea to the master according to traditional etiquette.

郑世英校长助理做了活动总结。她赠送给老师们三句话：一是“古之学者必有师，师者，传道授业解惑也”。在这里，作为师傅要传道授业解惑，作为徒弟要认真去学习，去向师傅取经；二是“三人行，必有我师焉”。这是孔子说的话。师傅和徒弟之间都要互相学习，互相促进，共生共长，一起努力；三是“师傅领进门，修行在个人”。期待老师们不断提升，让自己成为家长放心、学生喜欢、学校信任的好老师，成为最好的自己。

本次活动对于充分发挥优秀教师的传、帮、带作用，促进青年教师快速、健康成长，提高教育教学质量，以成长型思维建设学习型学校具有重要意义。
