万双网讯 为培育教职员工高雅的兴趣爱好，锻炼健康的体魄，搭建工会会员施展才华的平台，创建学习型工会组织，本学期，万科双语学校在学校工会的组织策划下，自发组建了9个俱乐部，包括：篮球、羽毛球、舞蹈、健身、攀岩、游泳、太极、瑜珈、绘画。

In order to cultivate interests and hobbies of school staff, encourage staff to do exercise, build a platform to display talents, and create a learning organization, Vanke Bilingual School spontaneously established nine clubs under the organization with the plan of the school trade union, including Basketball Club, Badminton Club, Dancing Club, Fitness Club, Rock Climbing Club, Swimming Club, Tai Chi Club, Yoga Club and Painting Club.

俱乐部本着自愿组织、自愿参与的原则，每个俱乐部负责人由有专长的老师担任部长，负责培训指导有兴趣参加的老师，人数5至20人不等。老师们利用业余时间参加活动，每周一次。学习内容以健身为主。

Based on the principle of voluntary organization and participation, the head of each club is headed by a teacher with expertise, who is responsible for training and guiding teachers who are interested in, ranging from 5 to 20 members. Teachers can take part in activities in their spare time once a week. The learning content is mainly about fitness.

工会俱乐部活动极大丰富了VBS员工的业余生活，提升了教职员工体质，增强了艺术修养，同时加强了学校员工的凝聚力、向心力，对于建设学习型学校、提升员工综合素养具有深远意义。

The activities of the trade union club have greatly enriched the amateur life of VBS staff, improved the physique of them, enhanced their artistic cultivation, and strengthened the cohesion and centripetal force of them, which is of far-reaching significance for building a learning school and improving the comprehensive quality of employees.
