万双网讯  为深入开展公民办学校结对帮扶教学研讨活动,提升教师专业素养,8月25日,深圳市龙华区华南实验学校初中语文科组长王子传来到万科双语学校为全体教师做了专题培训,主题为:新课标下关于学习目标的实践与思考。

In order to carry out activities on teaching and research between public and private schools, and help to improve teachers' professional abilities, on August 25th, Wang Zichuan, the leader of the junior high school Chinese Department of South China Experimental School in Longhua District, Shenzhen, came to Vanke Bilingual School to have a special training for all teachers, with the theme of "Practice and Thinking on Learning Objectives Under the New Curriculum Standard".

王子传老师曾荣获市骨干教师、市义务教育课程改革先进教师等荣誉称号。在本次讲座中,他从新课标谈起,详细解读了教学目标、学习目标、学习任务,并用生动的课例介绍了从课程目标到教学目标和将教学目标转化为学习目标的操作方法,给出了学习目标和学习任务设计的建议。他指出:学习目标和学习任务要有依据、易操作、可观察、有情境、好评测、有层次、给支架、有创意、有兴趣、针对性、起作用、科学性,要运用学生看得懂的语言,为学生清晰地指明学习路径和方法。


Mr. Wang Zichuan has won the honorary titles of Municipal Cadre Teacher and Municipal Advanced Teacher of Compulsory Education Curriculum Reform. In his lecture, he started with the new curriculum standard, explained the teaching objectives, learning objectives and learning tasks in detail, introduced the operation methods from curriculum objectives to teaching objectives and from teaching objectives to learning objectives with vivid examples, and gave suggestions on the design of learning objectives and learning tasks. He pointed out that the learning objectives and tasks should be well-founded, easy to operate, observable, situational, easy to evaluate, hierarchical, supportive, creative, interesting, targeted, functional and scientific. He also mentioned that teachers should use the language that is suitable for students’ age in order to clearly indicate the learning path and method for students.

活动中,王老师与老师们进行了现场交流,杨帆校长为王老师颁发了结对帮扶证书


During the activity, Mr. Wang communicated with teachers on site interaction. Principal Yang Fan issued a certificate to him.

本次结对帮扶活动让万双全体教师进一步关注全新的教育教学理念、先进的教育教学方法,更加明确了新课标下教学目标和学习目标的设计,提升了学校教师业务素质,为学校新学期工作的顺利发展赢得了更广阔的空间。


This activity enables all VBS teachers to pay more attention to the brand-new academic concepts and advanced academic methods. It helps to define the design of teaching objectives and learning objectives under the new curriculum standards and improve the professional academic abilities. In addition, it has also won a broader space for teachers to launch academic work in the new semester.
