万双网讯  为凝心聚力，构建学生、教师、学校命运共同体，打造一支专家型团队， 2月10日至今，万科双语学校组织全校教职员工开展了丰富多彩的活动。学校从校长引领、专家培训、教师交流、集体备课、欢乐年会等多个维度提升教师专业水平和团队精神，全力以赴迎接新学期的到来，营造了良好的校园氛围。

VBS Net News    In order to unite efforts, build a shared future for students, teachers, and schools, and build up an expert team, VBS has organized its staff to carry out a variety of activities since February 10th. This has improved the professional level and team spirit of teachers by leadership enhancement, expert training, teacher exchanges, collective lesson preparation, and annual meetings. 在全校教职员工大会上，杨帆校长解读了教育部、深圳市教育局、龙华区教育局2022年工作要点，再次强调了《万科双语学校三年工作规划（2021.9-2024.8）》。

At VBS staff conference, Principal Yang interpreted the key points of the work of the Ministry of Education, Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau and Longhua District Education bureau in 2022, and emphasized the "Three-year Work Plan of Vanke Bilingual School (2021.9-2024.8)."

未来，学校将以党建统领各项工作，与业务双融双促；贯彻办学理念，培养专家型教师；落实三年规划，建设成长型思维学校；打造差异化、回应式的因材施教的课堂，助力学生全面发展，个性化成长；深化课程体系建设，实现“五育”融合；加强教师职业发展学院和家长成长学院建设，实现终身成长，构建家校命运共同体……

In the future, the school will be led by the Communist Party of China to do the work and business， to carry out the idea of running a school and train teachers to be experts, to implement the three-year plan and build a school with growth-oriented thinking, to create a differentiated and responsive class to help students develop in an all-round way and grow individually, to deepen the construction of curriculum system achieve the objective of "five educations" and to strengthen the construction of the VBS Academy for Teachers Professional Development and VBS Parents Academy to achieve lifelong growth and build community of shared future for families and school.

专家指导：整本书阅读教学实践 

Expert Guide: Whole Book Reading Teaching Practices

万科双语学校特邀北京市语文学科带头人、西城区教育研修院语文教学研修员马蔷，原北京市语文教研员、中文类核心期刊《语文建设》主编、现任中国高等教育学会语文教育专业委员会副理事长王学义，北京学校阅读教学教研教师梁美静分别为中小学教师开展了“整本书阅读培训”。

Our school invited special guest Ma Qiang (the leader of Chinese language discipline in Beijing, a Chinese language teaching researcher of Xicheng District Education Research Institute). Also, we invited Wang Xueyi (the former Beijing language teaching and research staff, editor-in-chief of the core Chinese journal "Chinese Construction", the Vice Chairman of Chinese Education Professional Committee of Chinese Higher Education Association). And Liang Meijing, a teacher of Beijing School reading teaching and research was invited too. They carried out "Whole Book Reading Training" for primary and secondary school teachers in our school respectively.

专家们以“基于核心素养下的整本书阅读教学实践研究”为主题，通过讲解、示范、实操，从为什么阅读整本书、整本书阅读与核心素养的关系、整本书阅读素养课程常用策略、如何用阅读策略去进行课堂设计、如何通过阅读提升学生6维评价以及推进整本书阅读的实践途径等方面，将整本书阅读的理念与实践有机结合，引领教师把握当前的语文教学发展方向，进行有效的整本书阅读教学实践，提高了老师们的教学能力。

With the theme of "Research on the Teaching Practice of Whole Book Reading Based on Core Literacy", the experts organically combined the concept of reading the whole book with practice through explanations, demonstrations and practical exercises. The experts discussed the theme from the following aspects: the reasons for reading the whole book, the relationship between the reading of the whole book and the core literacy, the reading literacy of the whole book, common strategies of designing our courses and improving students' 6-dimensional evaluation through reading strategies, and the practical ways to promote the reading of the whole book. Also, they guide teachers to grasp the current situation of the development direction of Chinese teaching. In that case, the effective teaching practice of whole book reading can be carried out, and the teaching ability of teachers has been improved.

面对疫情，开学延期，在杨帆校长、林红英校长助理的引领下，初三毕业班老师于2月10日返校，开展了新学期各项准备工作，召开了两次初三毕业班备考工作会，针对毕业班学生学习与教师教学进行了全面梳理、总结，。在2月19日的二轮备考会上，全体老师认真研究复习课课堂教学，开展说课、点评、研讨，制定了详细的中考备考策略。2月14日，初三学生网课有序开展。老师们用热爱和勤奋积极应对突如其来的疫情，精准施策，迎难而上，全力为学生顺利迎接中考保驾护航。

In the face of COVID-19, the start of school was postponed. Under the leadership of Principal Yang and Assistant Principal Lin , the teachers of the graduating class of the third grade returned to school on February 10. They carried out various preparations for the new semester, and held two meetings for exam preparations. At the meeting, they made a comprehensive review and summary of students' learning and teachers' teaching . In the second round of exam preparation meeting on February 19, all teachers studied how to review, and how to carry out lesson planing, lesson review and lesson discussion, and formulated detailed strategies for preparing for the senior high school entrance examination. On February 14, online classes for Grade 3 students were started in an orderly manner. The teachers responded to the sudden epidemic with love and diligence, took precise measures, faced difficulties, and made effort to help the students.

发展中心吴萍主任用通俗易懂语言给老师们科普了人工智能的历史、现状、核心技术，并用视觉识别应用的例子给大家解释了人工智能所面对的挑战。通过分析人工智能的发展趋势，探讨了对教育的影响以及对教师的要求。

Director Wu Ping of the Development Center introduced the history, current situation and core technologies of artificial intelligence to teachers in easy-to-understand way, and explained the challenges faced by artificial intelligence with examples of visual recognition applications. At the same time, she explained impact on education and the requirements for teachers by analyzing the development trend of artificial intelligence.

在万科双语学校2022年新春年会上，学校校长天团、党建团队、各年级组教师、各中心员工穿上红红的衣裳，走上红地毯，登上红舞台，载歌载舞，带来了精彩纷呈的节目，展示了学校员工阳光向上的精神风貌。每位员工都抽到了意外的奖品，满载而归。

At the 2022 Spring Festival Party of Vanke Bilingual School, the teams of principals,party construction,teachers from each grade and the staffs from each department dressed in red clothes, walked on the red carpet ,and singed and danced on the red stage. The wonderful performance they gave shows the positive spirit of them. Everyone got an amazing prize and went home fruitfully.

开学检查：获得高度评价

School Opening Examination: highly appraised

2月16日，龙华区2022年春季开学工作专项督导组莅临万科双语学校检查。本次督导内容包括：疫情防控、校园安全、党建、民办学校专项、未成年人保护、推进义务教育均衡发展等。督导组详细查看了学校相关工作各项材料，对学校各项工作的开展和落实给予了很高的评价。

On February 16th, the special supervision team for the school opening work for semester in spring,2022 in Longhua District visited Vanke Bilingual School for inspection. The contents of this supervision include: epidemic prevention and control, campus safety, party construction, special projects for private schools, protection of minors, and promoting the balanced development of compulsory education. The supervisory team reviewed the relevant materials of the school in detail, and gave a high evaluation to the development and implementation of the school's work.

再战疫情：有序推进网课

A second fight against the pandemic: 

organizing online lessons

2月18日，深圳中小学延迟开学，四年级以上开上网课。2月20日，气温骤降至6度，风雨交加。老师们到校为学生发放了书籍，并贴心地用塑料袋装好。学校及时调整课表，各备课组、教研组利用周末展开集体备课、教研，并开设了劳动教育课。

Shenzhen’s primary and secondary schools were delayed according to the official notification released on Feb. 18th. Online lessons would be offered for students of Grades Four and above. On Feb. 20th, the temperature plummeted to 6 degrees with a heavy rainstorm. Teachers of VBS came to the school and distributed books which were carefully packed in plastic bags. The school adjusted the timetable and each department carried out detailed lesson preparation and set up labor education courses on the weekend.

亲爱的同仁们：

问一声新年好！我们这个大家庭现在已经有了241位家庭成员啦！中国讲百家姓，你知道我们学校有多少个姓吗？77个！加上外教的姓就差不多中“百家姓” 啦！有五个人以上的相同的姓就有13个呢！有陈、郭、胡、黄、李、刘、彭、孙、王、吴、杨、张、周，在我们学校最大的姓就要数李姓，姓李的一共有24位！中方教师来自全国23个省市自治区直辖市，除汉族外来自7个中国的不同民族，22位外教来自10个不同的国家。我们的大家庭最好地体现了民族团结、世界融合！

我们的大家庭成员年轻但又特别能吃苦、特别能战斗；我们平均年龄33.6岁，年轻而充满热情；我们不惧艰险，以热爱和勤奋竭尽全力促进学生的成长。365里路上洒下了我们的汗水、泪水，也见到了汗水与泪水浇灌下盛开的鲜花。

2021，面对疫情带来的焦虑、压力、迷茫，我们全体老师克服重重困难，与每一个万双学生家庭共担当。老师们做好本职，脚踏实地，关注每一个孩子的成长，努力为在各行各业拼搏的万双家长营造了一份安心，努力实现了学生的卓越成长。

第一届毕业生100%进入高中。其中深中2人，深外1人，红岭5人，翠园1人，育才1人，占比30.3%，深国交2人。这个成绩体现了万双教师教育教学的高水平，也是万双学生卓越成长的缩影。

2021，在各种外部环境的影响下，万双坚持走自己的路，取得了新的更高层次的发展。我们成立了工会，1-9年级齐全了，学生人数增加到近1200人。学校和教师个人的各项殊荣纷至沓来：国家级课题《信息技术赋能学科教学与区域教研的实践研究》被中国教育科学研究院批准立项；被中华人民共和国生态环境部主管的中国环境文化教育专家委员会和《环境教育》杂志社联合授予2021全国生态文明教育特色学校称号；被广东省教育厅授予广东省绿色学校；案例被广东省教育技术中心评为信息技术创新教学案例一等奖；省级课题《小学低段开展编程教育的实践研究》被广东省教育学会批准立项；被深圳市教育局评为深圳市百所 “基于教学改革、融合信息技术的新型教与学模式”实验校之一；被深圳市教育局评为深圳市语言文字规范化示范校。

2021，教师发展的支持力度进一步加大：HTH培训、教师旅行和外出学习、教师体检、生日午餐会和礼品全年支出140万！

2021，万双大家庭喜事连连，文妹、佳佳、彭平、巧莉、陈李老师的宝贝诞生，还有伍健、闫福龙老师的二宝诞生，蔼程、石爽、意如、佳敏、李幸、徐娜、Federico结婚了，为万双增添了不少生气呢！
