万双网讯 为搭建区域民办学校交流平台，实现优势互补，切实提高办学质量，探寻民办学校转型升级路径，1月6日，"党建引领促交流  民校共商探发展"交流活动在万科双语学校举行。锦明学校第一书记黄金玲、校长邱成菊，美中学校第一书记夏卫兵、小学部校长池国华、党支部书记伍先国等两所学校行政团队一行9人来到万科双语学校交流。万科双语学校校长杨帆、第一书记梁小文等热情接待了来访客人。

VBS News Net： To build an exchange platform for private schools and improve the quality of running schools, the administrative teams of Jinming school and Shenzhen Meizhong school visited VBS on January 6. Huang Jinling, the first Secretary of Jinming school, Qiu Chengju, the principal, Xia Weibing, the first Secretary of Shenzhen Meizhong school, Chi Guohua, the primary school principal, and Wu Xianguo, the Secretary of the Party branch, came to VBS for communication. Yang Fan, the principal of VBS, and Liang Xiaowen, the first secretary, warmly received the visitors.

活动由派驻第一书记梁小文主持，杨帆校长开展了专题讲座，就学校的育人目标、管理架构、小班化教学、师资管理、课程设置、社团活动等做了详尽的经验介绍。

The activity was presided over by Ms. Liang Xiaowen. Principal Yang gave a lecture and introduced the educational objectives, management structure, small class teaching, teacher management, curriculum, and society's activities.

三所学校就"民办学校转型升级路径"展开了座谈交流。

The three schools held discussions and exchanges on private schools' transformation and upgrading path.

在杨帆校长、梁小文书记的陪同下，两校行政团队参观了万科双语学校校园，走进学校各个功能室和教室进行参观考察。

Accompanied by Principal Yang and Secretary Liang Xiaowen, the administrative teams of the two schools visited the campus of VBS. They went into all functional rooms and classrooms of the school for inspection.

本次交流活动对于两校共同关心的提升学校管理水平、探索学校小班化教学路径具有重要意义，是一次"干货满满"的深度交流。万科双语学校坦诚以待，展示了面向未来的民办教育样态，真诚联谊，携同发展，积极助力龙华教育的民办学校转型升级。

This exchange activity is of great significance for the two schools to improve the school management and explore the small class teaching of the school. VBS is actively helping the transformation and upgrading of private schools of Longhua education.
