VBS News Net: VBS held the inaugural meeting of the trade union and the first congress in the school theater on the afternoon of September 17. Principal Yang and 45 member representatives attended the meeting. The first committee of the trade union of Vanke Bilingual school, the fund review committee and the female staff committee were elected in the meeting, which symbolized the formal establishment of the trade union of Vanke Bilingual School.

In her speech, Principal Yang, leader of the Preparatory Leading Group of the trade union, hoped that the trade union would give full play to its functions, safeguard the legitimate rights of employees, carry out various activities conducive to the physical and mental health of employees, and help the innovative development of the school.

Ms. Deng Anni hosted the meeting and reported the preparations for the inaugural meeting to all members on behalf of the Preparatory Leading Group. The employees are divided into 11 groups, such as the Chinese group and Math group, with more than 200 trade union members. All members elected 45 member representatives by secret ballot.

Following the relevant provisions of the trade union law and the constitution of China's trade unions, five members, including Jiang Xueying, Chen Zhihang, Guo Luan, Zhang Yangxiaohe and Zheng Jiajia, were elected as the members of the first committee of VBS trade union by secret ballot. Liu Huan, Li Rongju and Huang Deming were elected as members of the first fund review committee of VBS trade union. At the same time, Zhang Yangxiaohe, Shi Shuang and Yang Wenjie were elected as the members of the first female workers' committee of VBS trade union.

On the same day, at the first plenary meeting of the first VBS trade union committee, Jiang Xueying was elected as the chairman of the first VBS trade union committee by secret ballot. Chen Zhihang was elected as the vice-chairman.

At the first plenary meeting of the first fund review committee of VBS trade union, Liu Huan was elected as the chairman of the first fund review committee of VBS trade union by secret ballot.

At the first plenary meeting of the first female staff committee of VBS trade union, Zhang Yangxiaohe was elected as the director of the first female staff committee of VBS trade union by secret ballot.

Jiang Xueying, who was elected as the chairman of the trade union, said that in the future, she would care about the rights of employees, build a home for teaching staff, create a communication platform, and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the teaching staff. She will implement the spirit of the trade unions' instructions and continue to learn and create a better future.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all leaders and teachers for their support and trust!

Today, I am honored to be elected as the chairman of the trade union, which is a great challenge for me. It's my great honor to have the opportunity to work for the trade union. On behalf of all members of the trade union, I would like to make a statement. Please believe that in the future work of the trade union, we will continue to learn, make progress, focus on development, work diligently and live up to the expectations of leaders and teachers. At the same time, we also hope that all leaders and colleagues can help and support us.

Our trade union links the party and the teaching staff. In the coming days, I hope that we can work together, use our actions to make every effort to improve the school, and create a better future together!

As the chairman of the school trade union, I would like to make a statement to all leaders and teachers on behalf of the trade union on how to carry out our work.

1. We will care about the rights of employees with the rights given in the trade union law.

2. We will build a home for teaching staff, promote the work of the trade union, and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the teaching staff.

3. We will lead the teachers to participate in various activities organized by the trade union and provide a platform for teachers and staff to show themselves and communicate.

4. The trade union is the link between the party and the masses. As the chairman of the trade union, I will work hard and contribute to promoting the work of the school trade union.

Finally, I hope that VBS trade union can contribute to the development of the school under the leadership of the leaders and the efforts of all colleagues.
