The little hero Yu Lai, a play performed by the primary school group, told that when Yu Lai came to the new China in 2020, he met a doctor and a little girl left at home. With his company, the little girl knew that her parents were great heroes of the country. They stayed in the hospital and struggled day and night to protect people's life and health. Finally, the little girl helped Yu Lai take online classes and learn English. They became excellent teenagers in the new era and successors to Communism!

‘The place where dreams set sail’ was an original drama written, directed, and performed by teachers and students of VBS. The play told the story of the first National Congress of the CPC, which was successfully held in 1921 when 13 Chinese Communists transferred from Shanghai to Nanhu, Jiaxing, with burning hearts and at the risk of an unknown future. The students recommended themselves and competed to play the party leader in the play.

Taking the reform and opening up of Shenzhen as the background, ‘the story of spring’ told the detailed changes seen by Li Er during his 4 visits to Shenzhen, such as the resumption of the college entrance examination, the establishment of the special zone, the cancellation of tickets, the Spring Festival Gala and the opening of the subway. It showed the development of 40 years of reform and opening up. The lives of the people in Shenzhen have changed a lot.
