VBS News Net: VBS offered trial swimming, Tai-chi and rock climbing classes to staff and parents from 11th January to 21st January to improve their fitness and to promote communications between parents and staff so that the school would be the place for students, parents and staff to grow altogether. 

Online booking appointment system was used for parents and staff to book their small-sized classes from 6 pm to 8 pm, every weekday except for Fridays. World swimming champion Mr. Zhang Chen, Tier One Umpire Mr. Chen Zhihang and instructors from rock climbing classes delivered their respective classes. 

Due to the extreme weather conditions, it was cold every night when they had classes. But everyone was focused on the classes to improve their fitness and resist the coldness. Some international teachers also took part in Taichi classes to learn some Chinese traditional culture. 

Parents, teachers and staff have all commended the trial classes which in insignificant in promoting positive and civilised school culture, improving staff's fitness and teamwork.
