VBS News Net: Co-hosted by VBS and Hongshan International Service Centre, international teachers gathering was held at VBS western canteen on 24th December. all 18 international teachers from VBS took part in this event. Principal Yang and Head of Public Service Office Ms. Peng Donghong attended the event and give an address.



Principal Yang said VBS would strive to become a place where international teachers called home and enjoyed their lives and sought everyone's support and hard work to make VBS a first class internationalised school for students' development.

Ms. Peng said, Minzhi Sub-district was one of the first batch of internationalised subdistricts in Shenzhen and focused on international business, innovative entrepreneurship and quality of life. VBS was one of the most defining window on that matter - international teachers were from all over the world to offer bilingual teaching to students from the whole city. Since its establishment, VBS was active in facilitating communication between China and the world, expanding the influence of international Minzhi Sub-district and creating conducive international language environment. She also introduced two main service centres in the sub-district which provides services in policy, residence and work.

International teachers learned to make cookies from professional bakers and had other activities to spend a good afternoon.
