VBS News Net: Ouyang Xiu said, 'Learn before you embark on your life journey, read before you learn,'VBS Academy for Teachers' Professional Development is founded to make VBS a school of learning model, implement lifelong learning mindsets and improve their skills. This week, the compulsory readings have arrived and sent out to every staff member. 

All staff members were divided into 16 groups to study. Every group would make study plan and write down study notes. Teachers acknowledged the books given by the school and would study hard to become the best teachers.

Teachers cannot be left behind in the IT era to prepare students for their future. Lifelong learning is essential for 21st Century and for teachers' development. VBS strives to serve as the platform via the Academy of Teachers' Professional Development for teachers which they can be examples to lead students to have the growth mentality and revolutionise studies in VBS to achieve lifelong growth.
