活动一:踩“爆”焦虑 快乐应考

随着中考的临近,九年级毕业班的师生们都在为最后的冲刺拼尽全力。为了帮助毕业班的同学和老师们释放压力、调整心态、积极迎接挑战,5月8日,以“悦动心情就要high”为主题心理团体辅导活动在九年级各班教室和咩咩心事屋展开。

随着教室里“噼里啪啦”的声音此起彼伏,尖叫声、欢笑声一阵高过一阵。走近一看,原来是热场的气球大战开始了。心理老师让大家向内觉察自己的内在状态,深吸一口气,将自己的压力、紧张等情绪和感受全部都吹进气球里,然后让同学们合作将这些象征着压力的气球踩爆。随着气球的爆炸声响起,大家直呼过瘾,考前压力得到彻底释放。

活动月期间,学校面向4-8年级学生举办了以“友善”为主题的心理短视频大赛。人生规划组的老师们通过课堂预热、宣讲及“演员请就位”系列培训,点燃了大家拍摄心理视频的热情。大赛共收到师生视频作品28个,内容包含友谊、友善以及关爱自己等多个方面。通过心理短视频展播,校园里掀起了心理短视频拍摄风潮,将友善之风、关爱之风吹遍了整个校园。在大赛中,诞生了一批明星导演、明星演员,“友善侠”火爆校园,成为孩子们心中的明星。

心理漫画作为一种新型的艺术表现形式,对表达同学们生活、学习、情感等活动中的心理困扰、心理感悟具有重要的作用,也是学生展示艺术风采的舞台。学校引导学生围绕在成长过程中普遍关注的心理话题,以画笔描绘生活,以作品感悟心灵,引发学生关注心灵、探索成长,积极营造有利于学生心理健康和谐发展的校园氛围。心理漫画大赛期间,共收到1-8年级同学作品300多幅,同学们积极用心理漫画书写自己的心情和感受,绘制成长的快乐与烦恼。

5月31日,万科双语学校第三届E_Talk“儿童的人格教育”读书分享会暨家长成长学院学习交流会在学校剧场举行,五位教师、家长带来了精彩演讲,100多名家长和全校班主任现场聆听分享,数百位家长和老师线上参与活动。其中,韩璞老师带来了“教育的平衡,身为教师的思考”主题演讲,韩玲(家长)演讲的主题为“拒绝焦虑,静待花开”,符小微(家长)演讲的主题为“超越自卑,共同成长”,王俊玲(家长)演讲的主题为“看到孩子,看到孩子的人格统一性”,张素芬(家长)演讲的主题为“爱心、耐心、沟通”。演讲嘉宾们分享了自己对《儿童的人格教育》一书的感悟、实践中遇到的困惑以及自己探索的好的教育方式,用自己的学习和成长给孩子做榜样,与孩子共同成长,让学校真正成为学生、教师、家长共同成长的地方。

活动月期间,全校掀起了暖流行动。学校每个楼层都有一面公开的暖流墙,每位同学都可以自行将烦恼或者开心的事、想感谢的人等写在上面,其他同学可以选择想回答或者回应的贴纸,给予回应。不想公开的问题,可以投进信箱,暖流志愿者会给予暖心回复。暖流行动,开启了大家表达心情、表达需要、表达感谢、传递温暖的新方式

6月12日,万科双语学校心理健康活动月颁奖典礼在学校剧场举行,各位获奖的同学老师身着礼服,齐聚一堂,共同欢庆这个美好的时刻。这次心理健康活动月获奖的心理短视频、心理漫画以及表彰的暖流志愿者达到253人次。在愉快欢乐的氛围中,心理活动月画上了完美的句号。

6月12日,万科双语学校心理健康活动月颁奖典礼在学校剧场举行,各位获奖的同学老师身着礼服,齐聚一堂,共同欢庆这个美好的时刻。这次心理健康活动月获奖的心理短视频、心理漫画以及表彰的暖流志愿者达到253人次。在愉快欢乐的氛围中,心理活动月画上了完美的句号。


On June 12, the Mental Health Activity Month Award Ceremony of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theater. The award-winning classmates and teachers gathered together in formal attire to celebrate this wonderful moment together.During this month of mental health activities, 253 people received award-winning psychological short videos, psychological cartoons and commended warm current volunteers. In a happy and joyful atmosphere, the Mental Activity Month came to a perfect conclusion.

Large-scale mental health activities are an important part of the life planning curriculum of Vanke Bilingual School.During the activities, the children actively participated, expressed themselves in various ways, conveyed warmth, enhanced friendship, grew up with each other, and acquired a sound personality and the confidence and courage to dare to create a better future.
