锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。一首耳熟能详的诗，道尽了天下很多劳动人民的心声。

我们来了解一下粮食的形成。拿一粒米来说，一粒米的成长要经历十个生长期并随光照、温度、水分、施肥等多种外界环境的影响而变化成长，最终经过农民伯伯的收割、打稻、碾谷后才变成我们餐桌上喷香四溢、美味可口的白米饭。过程之漫长，经历之艰辛是可想而知的。因为每一粒粮食都凝聚着劳动者的心血和汗水，都来之不易，每一个人都应该珍惜他人的劳动成果，都应该爱惜粮食。
