万双网讯  2021年11月29日，2021-2022第一学期第十四周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由8F班承担。8F班是个积极向上、团结友爱的班集体。

各位老师，同学们大家早上好，我是来自8F班的郑语乔。今天我的演讲主题是《弘扬法治精神，共筑伟大中国梦》。

Good morning, Dear teachers and students, I'm Olivia from 8F. The topic of my speech is "To carry forward the Spirit of Legality, to work together to achieve the great Chinese dream."

依法治国是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的本质要求和重要保障，要实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的中国梦，法治必然是坚如磐石的守护。

Governing the country by law is an essential requirement and important guarantee for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. To achieve the prosperity of the country, promote the development of our nation, as well as make our great Chinese dream come true, Governing the county by law remains as firm as a rock.

"国无法不立，民无法不治"，法治是国家的根本，是社会文明进步的重要标志。"法治兴则国家兴，法治强则国家强"，法治体系是国家治理体系的骨干工程。在党的十八届四中全会审议中指出"必须弘扬社会主义法治精神，建设社会主义法治文化"，在中国振兴蓬勃发展的今天，人民的权益要靠法律保障，第二个百年目标的实现更需要健全法治体系的护航。

"A country with the strict rule of law keeps stable. A people with a strong awareness of the rule of law keeps within bounds and organized." the rule of law is the foundation of the state. It is an important symbol of the development of social civilization. "A country's prosperity depends on the rule of law. The rule of law system is the back stone of China's governance system. The communist party points out that We must carry forward the socialist spirit of the rule of law and build a socialist rule of law culture. In the present society, the rights and interests of the people should be protected by law, and the realization of the second centenary goal requires the need to improve the rule of law.

远望历史，中华民族的昨天，可以说是"雄关漫道真如铁"；环顾当下，中华民族的今天，正可谓"人间正道是沧桑"；遥看未来，中华民族的明天，可以说是"长风破浪会有时"。

Looking back to history, it is tough in the past. With our concerted efforts today, we can expect to see culturally advanced prosperity and promising society in the future.

作为初中生的我们，更应该乘时代之风，扬少年之貌，树强国之梦。以学校课业为抓手，积极学习道德与法治，让法治观念植根于内心，付诸于行动。法治不是一句空谈，而是掷地有声的回应。在践行法治教育的道路上，我们万双一直走在前面。"法官进校园"普法活动，万小双们积极响应，学法遵法守法不仅是我们每一个万双人的共识，也是我们每一个万双人行为处事的准则。

Dear students, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. 书籍是人类进步的阶梯，是开启人类智慧的金钥匙。5D班的海茉尔同学在2021年"深圳最美图书馆之阅读之星"评选中脱颖而出，成为小学组5名获奖同学之一，让我们以热烈的掌声恭喜她。有书读是很幸福的一件事，但是，目前还有很多乡村学校缺乏可供学生学习参考书籍和课外读物。广西河池市罗城是全国唯一的仫佬族自治县。2020年11月20日，广西壮族自治区人民政府批准罗城仫佬族自治县退出贫困县序列，在满足基本生活需要后，山乡的孩童渴望阅读。

Books are the ladder of human progress. Hai Moer from 5D won the prize in the selection of the reading star of the most beautiful library in Shenzhen in 2021. Congratulation! It's a happy thing to have books to read. However, many rural schools still lack reference books and extracurricular reading materials for students. Luocheng, Hechi City, Guangxi is the only Mulao Autonomous County in China. On November 20, 2020, the government of Guangxi province approved Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County to withdraw from the sequence of poor counties. After meeting the basic living needs, children in mountain villages are eager to read.

因此，我们倡议——请您整理自己的书架，用那些曾经给予您丰富营养的图书，一起来建设书香罗城，让更多的人与书为伴。赠人玫瑰，手有余香，您的慷慨捐赠会让更多的人受益，会使书的价值和您的精神境界同时得到最大的升华。
